SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed almost immediately. We’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order starts making its way to you. Send us a note as soon as possible at info.jacqsworld@gmail.com. Please include “order update” in the subject, along with your order information and specific action needed.

 

Once we have shipped an item, we are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages, so please ensure the shipping address is correct and secure. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

In our current state, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If issues arise, please contact us and we will try our best to make things right.
